You can rent the cabin
In winter, the Doug Barnes Cabin is used as a warm-up cabin for skiers
in the Birchwood Trail System. The cabin is open on weekend days
and holidays, usually from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In the spring, summer, and fall, the Ski Club makes the cabin available
for use by other Community Groups and for family functions for a nominal
fee. In addition, the cabin is available for rent by companies and
other institutions.
Please note:
- The cabin is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility
- A maximum of 45 people are allowed inside the cabin
at any one time
- Availability of the cabin is at the discretion of
the Ski Club
Rates
Community Groups & Families - $10.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Corporate Groups - $30 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
- Special fee structures can be arranged for special needs
- Members of the Ski Club enjoy a 30% discount
for family functions
